Week 16 Update

Well, it’s been another 4 weeks. It’s felt like more than that with loads going on at work and generally. All good stuff though just lots needing to be done.

Starting with the not-so-good. I’ve done barely any running in the last 4 weeks, I’ve just not had the time to. On the flip side, I’ve been getting over 15k steps in most days which makes up for it somewhat. I’ve 2 more busy weeks at work then things should calm down a bit and I can get back to it more.

That all doesn’t mean I’ve made no progress though. The last 4 weeks and increased recent walking plus lots of moving things about at work has netted 7lbs lost in the last 4 weeks bringing the total so far to 40lbs gone. That’s almost 3 stone and now over a third of my target.

I’ll keep chipping away and be back in 4 weeks with another update
